COMPUTER APPLICATIONS:
This course is
literally a survival course for every student in this high tech age. Students will learn
word processing skills, proper formatting for a range of documents, as well as other
personal and business applications. Computer history, how systems work, the internet and
terminology are also covered. Application of computer skills and organizational skills
will result in the completion of various projects and simulations including a career
portfolio. This is an essential course for any student planning to pursue a career in
computer technology or office management.
